Ordered this for my bonus room . I am using this with epson 8350.So far I have had no issues. The manual re-tract and pull down mechanism is working fine. I will update this review if I find any more issues.Very happy with the quality of the screen. No wrinkles so far. I got this screen after reading some bad reviews on elite screens.Packaging was good. arrived on time via fedex.FYI. the package does not come with installation screws and hooks.The did a ceiling mount and it is very easy to install. However you have to make sure you have the hooks lined up exactly 98.5 inches apart and that you need to have the hooks on the ceiling are precisely aligned and into a ceiling stud.I would suggest that you plan your installation, find your studs, and take all the measurements before ordering the product.This one has worked out well for me and my bonus room.thanks

My family and I are very happy with this screen. It is a big improvement over the bed sheet that we were using. It reflects a lot more of the image and has a better quality of picture. We also use it for the few 3d blu-ray movies that we have and the 3d effect was a lot stronger over the bed sheet. I went to the hardware store and picked up two hooks with a screw in end. I had the screen mounted in about 15 minutes with just a little help from my wife. It was easier with two people but I'm sure I could have done it myself. The product picture is deceiving, this is a wide screen 16:9 screen. We use it for movies and some tv and we think it works great!

Good...for the money

This screen is exactly as advertised, and if your primary motivation is a home theater with a very small budget; this will probably suit you. It is very easy to mount (I installed a couple of screw hooks into the ceiling and hung the screen from them in about 10 minutes). The surface is very bright and contrasty. The negatives are: uneven surface (of course, this might be different from screen to screen but mine has some subtle "bulges" across the surface). If your room has much air current at all, the screen will move and the picture will get "wavy". The retractor is very finicky, I have to pul the screen all the way down and keep trying until I get the speed just right between not fast enough to go all the way back into the case, or so fast that it bounces off the mounting hooks. I think if you intend to mount this on a wall instead of a ceiling, these two problems would be eliminated or greatly diminished.
