Great quality headphones from Sony

If you're looking for a pair of headphones that won't break down on you, these are the ones. You can always count on Sony to make quality audio equipment, and that's no exception here with these behind-the-head style headphones that are well-designed not to slip off your ears. The sound is nice and crisp, with a deep bass and a high treble, ideal for any type of audio. The cord is nice and long at about 6 feet, but it's not too long that it will get in your way. Overall, this is a great pair of headphones from Sony that I would recommend to anyone.

Good all around headphones

PROS:* Modern, simplistic design* Great sound, unexpected from $ 20 headphones* Snug fit, doesn't fall off of head, great for joggers* Neodymnium magnets deliver powerful bass* Cord is just the perfect length, unlike other Sony headphones [*cough* MDR-Q55SL *cough*]CONS:* Fit may be tight for people with a taller build* Tends to pinch ears* Neckband gets in the way when you turn your headThese are very good headphones for bargain hunters or people who are active. People with taller builds or bigger heads may want to look elsewhere. But, I feel that the pros far outweigh the cons, especially at this price point.

Just Love them

I already had a pair of these headphones, but accidentally broke them :( I looked everywhere for another pair I'd like, but had to buy these again. They look awesome, sound quality is great. The cable is twice as long of any other headphones (great when working at your computer). The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is that they're a little uncomfortable when you have to wear glasses. You won't regret buying these!

Another Solid Product By APC

This APC unit is built rock-solid and does exactly what we need it for: keep our machines up and running when the power goes out. With 4 battery backup ports (plus 3 surge only outlets) and very quiet operation, this is a must have accessory for anyone that uses their computer on a daily basis. Upon setting up this unit we lost power only days after plugging this in and we were able to continue our work and save our precious data before disaster struck. With the very likely possibility that an electrical surge can happen at any moment and cause a $15 surge protector to allow this deathblow through without the slightest resistance, you would be ill-advised to not have one of these protecting your investment(s)!!***** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

APC Top Notch

I have several APC UPS devices running several computers, cable modem and wireless router and they have kept me working throughout many short outages (I work at home testing software), others run a Tivo & cable box (never missed anything on TV I wanted to see) and a salt water aquarium. They've all performed flawlessly. The one Tripplite I owned a while back let me down with poor power regulation. I've been delighted with APC. Only downside is there are units that sound an alarm every 30 seconds while on battery power, that can get a bit annoying. Otherwise these things are outstanding.

So far so good

I've been happy with mine so far. I'm not qualified to write a "technical review" but from a regular guy end user perspective I'm satisfied. I have had 2 or 3 power fluctuations since I bought it and it kicked in and out of battery mode without a problem. Other than that, I never think about it, which is exactly what I want.

It's a good backyard soccer goal

The frame is fairly sturdy although if you kick it fairly hard it will wobble a little. The posts and cross bar are good thickness. The frame intially asembles in about 10-15 minutes and the net takes about 20-25 minutes to get on so that's about 30-40 minute asembly. It's just made for backyard use I think, but I geuss you could use it for a game. Over all it's a good+ soccer goal

Great Goal!

This is an amazing goal. I was extremely pleased with the quality of both the goal and net. Assembly was not very difficult and so far it has remained very sturdy after some hard shots off the posts. Overall great goal! I would definitely reccommend it.

This thing is great! I recieved it today and it is everything it advertises. You can't get a better price and it speeds up transfers. What more do you want?Seems flimsy at first but it works perfectly. Have no doubt about this one. Don't pay more than you should.

Works like a champ and love that it serves 7 types of cards!

We'd got this years ago while on vacation at Walt Disney World as we'd forgot to bring the the card reader for the laptop to move video and pictures off of our camera for the next day's use. We'd initially balked at the cost but figured what the heck...it works for seven different types of cards including ours. It worked fine right out of the box with no fuss. Flash forward many years and this thing is still working! Over time we've added devices with other cards and darned if this doesn't work for them all so far! Ours came with a CD-ROM but you hardly need it as it's pretty much plug-and-play right out of the box. I would GLADLY buy it again even though we're mostly using our cell phones for photos and videos now.

Nice track light kit

We needed track lights for a vaulted ceiling in our living room, and I decided to go with these after much research. I didn't want to pay a ton of money, and wanted real track lights vs. a light fixture. These are about 4 feet wide, and while the light heads are very small relative to other track lights I've seen, they are very bright and even one set can substantially light a room. I replaced the halogen bulbs with LED bulbs (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0094BDAHG/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_8) so that I'd never have to climb up a ladder and change the bulbs. These particular LED lights are dimmable. Our electrician installed the lights for us, and we purchased a Pro Track connector to join two 3-light kits together into a single, 6-light track and stretch it across our ceiling.Pros:- Very bright- Compact - these aren't huge and clunky, but they do pack a lot of punch from a lighting standpoint- Compatible with LED lights- Blend nicely into our white ceilingCons:- Almost too bright - I'm worried these will be blinding when we're sitting under them trying to watch TV. These might be better for highlighting artwork against a wall than as a primary light source for a room.- Perhaps not as attractive as a light fixture.

Underestimated mic!

I have had this mic (actually two of them) for over a year now and I can say now that I absolutely love it. The mic has great sound quality and is useful in many situations.I originally bought it to record acoustic guitar and it sounds great. While a cheaper condenser, it still picks up every nuance of my Martin guitar with very low self noise. Obviously this mic won't compare to a Neumann, but for a poor man's home studio, it's great.I also ended buying another one because I liked it so much and I have since recorded a Dave Matthews Band concert in stereo with it. While a little hollow on the low end (I think the frequency response only goes down to 40Hz), it sounds clear and crisp. The fact that it could run on a AA battery was extremely helpful as I ran it into a portable recorder that could not supply phantom power.As for live sound, I have used it on vocals, guitar, and piano. In all three situations it performed well and once again, for its price range, I was impressed.I have since purchased more expensive microphones, but I still find myself turning to them when I need a nice, dependable condenser, especially during on-location recording. For a home studio, this is a great multipurpose condenser mic.

One of the few mics left that can use phantom OR battery power - great specs and sound quality

I know that great specs can be misleading so, even though this attractive item has superb specifications for such an affordable microphone, I called Audio Technica and talked to one of their pro techs. He had actually participated in some comparative tests with this mike and he verified that it's a really special gem of a product. I needed a mike that would work with a AA battery - as most affordable condensors used to. I was stunned to find o0ut how rare this option is nowadays. I also called Shure and AKG and some other manufacturers and they do not have anything comparable. I am feeling very lucky to find a really nice looking brand name microphone that has great sound and can be powered using phantom power from a sound board OR a simple AA battery. I use this hand held for vocal recording and I also use it with a camcorder (using AA battery power). The results are always better than I expect!
