It's really a decent piece

This cabinet seems at first as though it might be difficult to assemble but for the most part it was easy, as particle-board furniture goes. It could be sturdier--the cardboard-like backing is really the major thing that shores it up--but it's not as rickety as some similar items. The elongated foot board at the bottom keeps it from leaning forward or back.It does hold a lot of media, which was the point for me, and having storage in the doors is unique and useful although I have concerns that the weight of full doors might cause problems eventually.The locking facet is a neat addition but be sure to look over those parts closely before getting to the end, otherwise you'll end up having to backtrack as I did to make it all line up right.Aesthetically, this is a very nice item for a living room with all-black furniture, and considering what particle-board furniture costs these days, the price that I paid wasn't too bad.

Not bad, but could be better

I bought this cabinet to store DVDs and Cds. The construction is pretty good for the price but I was very disappointed with the lock. It jammed up the second time I used it and had to buy a new one. I would recommend using a different lock than the one that is supplied.

Better than expected and nice finish for the price

I did not buy the unit because of the lock, i only wanted my media covered from dust and such. However, the lock is designed poorly, and the back is cardboard nailed on. I knew this going in, but wanted to make double sure for potential buyers. The material is somewhere b/w particle board and MDF, which was a good surprise.the star off is due to the slight instability of the unit. its MINOR, but a cross brace in the back would have solved this quite easily. The biggest thing is the center support blocks 2-3 disks per shelf pending media type.

XyliChew Fruit Chewing-Gum Excellent taste

I bought a 100 piece bottle from Atkins Diet catalog and I have loved the flavor of the gum. So do my children. They had too much sugar in other chewing gum and this is why I chose XyliChew. Also, I am on the Atkins Diet. The thing I missed most on this diet is the chewing gum because sometimes you will have bad breath and cannot help it.

I am buying extra this time to keep at work.

Great taste while it lasts

I hear this is the issue with most xylitol gum. It's got a nice taste but it fades super fast.I did fine another brand of xylitol gum made by Xyloburst that lasts longer and I bought a bottle of 500 pieces at a reasonable price.

Xylitol... better than saccharin.It won't rot your teeth. This gum is fruity flavored. It doesn't last forever, but what gum does.Support this company, read the ingredients, best gum ingredients by far, especially for a Xylitol gum. They have lots of flavors, my favorite being Licorice.

Perfect Projector Stand

This stand is perfect. If you are considering a single table stand with telescoping legs your plan is not going to work if you want to use your projector in different locations. We have used our projector indoors in several rooms, and in our back yard with a DVR and a laptop. With a single table stand where do you put the DVR/laptop? On the ground? The Gigant stand has solid legs and two tables so you have a place for your input device. We have even had a small stereo amp, bookshelf speakers, dvr, and projector on it for a large party. The projector table height is close to perfect for a standard screen. It is easier to place the projector on this stand, and move my screen up or down a few inches to center the picture than it is to adjust the four telescoping legs on he other style of projecor tables. The projector table has a nice feature to easily change the angle of the table which is faster then using the little feet on the projector for this task. It folds flat, and stores easily. This table gets it done.

Projector/laptop Stand

Bought this item for use as LCD projector and laptop stand. Works great for use in tradeshows and lectures. Highly recommend it for functionality and portabililty.On an extra note, the initial order which was done with more than sufficient lead time arrived damaged and unusable (UPS created). With a deadline looming I contacted Da-Lite and they shipped a replacement in record time. Congratulations to Da-Lite for excellent response and to Andrea for the best customer support I have seen in years.

Solid performer, but not the best design

I purchased this table to go with a projector.The good:1. The table top is larger than I thought, resulting in the pleasant surprise of additional counter space to hold my DVDs and various paraphernalia.2. It is very sturdy - you would not easily knock this table over, making it especially safe around kids.3. You can raise it very high, which means that you can put a projector behind a bunch of kids without worrying about a head blocking the screen.The bad:1. Based on the picture, I thought the legs folded out from hinges on the corners of the table. They don't. You have to screw four of them in and out manually each time. This is a hassle.2. It's uncomfortably heavy - you certainly would not want to carry it for long. While the weight makes it more stable, it also means it's more of a pain to put together and pull apart. As a result, you'll tend to leave it sitting in a corner between uses, which to me means it's not really portable - it's more of a semi-permanent fixture.I have a super-lightweight camera stand (which I love) and thought this was going to be just like that. While it's certainly up to the task of holding your projector, I believe it could be designed effectively with less than a quarter of the weight and with fold out legs. I'll keep it, but would not buy it again.

These tables are great for their portability, size and stability. We use these for our on-location photography and place our laptop computers on them. The adjustable height them ideal for our various employess. I would highly recommend them. Be sure you are purchasing the correct size for your application.

Got it for my mom who wanted an outdoor carpet for the lanai. Nice pattern/design that isn't busy or call attention to itself. You can get it wet with impunity. Great versatile doll for your young Dora lover

My daughter got this doll for Christmas last year, and it's easily her favorite. She adores all things Dora, but this toy is definitely the most played with of all her toys.I think the outfits are a little pricey, but if you shop around and wait for sales like the day after Thanksgiving, you can find them at a reasonable cost. We bought them all in one shot last year, and have been doling them out for special occasions.I like the fact the basic doll comes with a puppy, as well as Backpack and a storybook. Each outfit has a separate theme (with coordinating book) and they're constantly adding new outfits to her line, so you can pick and choose which you prefer.My only complaints is getting the shoes and hats to stay on, otherwise my daughter has no problems dressing the doll and getting Dora ready for her adventures.Overall we're very pleased with this toy purchase and will probably have it for years to come.

Great for the little Dora enthusiast. Pull on pants, velcro bracelet and velcro backed shirt. I like that Dora wears a painted on pink bra and underwear. This way when my daughter carries Dora around without the clothes, Dora is still dressed. The shoes are an issue as writen in other reviews except that my daughter seems to like putting her shoes on over and over again. Unlike all of her other dolls that just go without shoes because she can't do it herself. Dora's hair seems to stay flat and in place. It is also easy for my daughter to brush. Dog, backpack and book are a nice touch.

I bought this in october for natalie's birthday. She is so thrilled with it! She takes it along EVERYWHERE. The doll is fully poseable and comes with a shirt, pants, shoes and a small book thats sorta hardback(better for younger children). dora looks very pretty. her hair is rooted and her eyes are big and pretty. she also comes with a backpack and map! her backpack can be taken off and things can also be stored in it(like her shoes and signature bracelet). and every child knows that it isnt dora unless there is backpack and map! i think she's a tall 15' or 18' tall(she's pretty tall)! you can also buy add'l clothes for her to wear and they all come with books too! A very fun toy for any little one who loves dora!

Excellent Knives

These knives are great. I decided on getting new knives after ours starting looking trashy (they were wood handle ones that were starting to split). After spending days (literally) researching and reading reviews I decided on this set. I wasn't about to spend over $100.00 and up for a knife set...I don't really care that much. But this is a $100.00 set for a great price. These are worth it. They are heavy, fit great in your hand, and sharp right out of the box. The only problem was one of the knives had a "ding" on the top of the blade, but this doesn't affect the cutting and wasn't that noticable to ship back. My husband really like them too. Anyways, this knife set is well worth the price and I think one of my best purchases on Amazon.

Pros: Can't beat the $29.95 price. The wood block is not top heavy and does not have a tendency to fall over. The (non-steak) knives are heavy, sharp and have a nice balance.Cons: The honing steel has a metal guard. Used properly, the knife should be drawn toward you during maintenance. Figure out another way, though or you will be destroying some edges. As others have mentioned, the 'stamped' steak knives look and feel cheap.All-in-all, a 5-Star rating for price and quality. Probably the best 'beginner' set I have ever seen.

These are great knives!

(...) I'm writing from the point of mainly using grocery store knives except for my wonderful Wustof Bread Knife, which I try to use for just about everything. The block is reasonably nice (mine had two hairline cracks - not noticeable enough to exchange). The knives came sharp - I haven't used the sharpening tool yet. When cutting up peeled and boiled potatoes the chef knive cut them like it was going through butter. In comparison to my Wustof bread knife, this bread knife does tear a tad and the handle is a bit mightier. Also the steak knives don't sit in the slots perfectly even but they work nicely with very slight tearing. The scissors are great! This set is steel, not stainless steel. Therefore, you can not put them in the dishwasher (though the scissors have gotten in the dishwasher 2x without any problems). They suggest you hand wash and throughly dry.

Fabulous scope!

After narrowing my choices down to this scope and a Leupold VX-1 for my Ruger 10-22, I opted to go with this scope after some research and I am glad I did! Not only is it a beautiful scope but the glass is crystal clear throughout the entire range. It's almost therapeutic looking through these lens. Zeroing it in was super fast and easy and the eye relief is great! Other scopes I've looked through required my eye to be in a perfect position with a very small window to see a full view. Not the case with this scope! It felt almost similar to a buddy's much bigger objective Acog. Hard to believe this is only a 28mm objective lens. I was a little worried about the objective because even a couple of 32mm objectives I've owned, granted cheaper scopes haven't had great eye relief etc. but I could not be happier with this purchase plus I saved about $75 vs the Leupold which makes this choice a no brainier! Also Love the fact that this scope is Made in Japan where a lot of quality glass is made. I cant think of any real cons on this scope but If I had to nit pick something. The only two things I could think of is that the adjustments require a coin or similar and can't be adjusted by hand but I never had to touch it once it was zeroed so this is a non factor for me and the other thing is that its hard to believe such quality glass does'nt come with lens covers. I would have been more than happy to spend a little more for lens covers of some sort but I look at it as all the budget went to the scope itself and I can just purchase lens covers so this is also a non factor for me. I rather have a superior scope without lens covers than an inferior one with the best lens covers. If you're considering this scope just do it. You will not be disappointed! sweet looks and functionality! I can't see anything surpassing this quality in even up to $250 price range.

Disappointed with Weaver, but it's not a $500 scope

Very shallow eye-relief window. If your eye isn't in exactly the right place you see a small and/or displaced field. Maybe you get what you pay for. Would be OK for slow-fire, bench-rest shooting.

Good scope for my Ruger 10/22

Put in on with the Weave see thru rings, and it has worked fine. No complaints about it's performance. THe see thru rings helped to lined it up so I could zero it in.
