The 12" powered subwoofer is a great addition to your home theater system. Equipped with a polypropylene cone driver, this subwoofer delivers the low-frequency goods. The efficient amplifier backs up the 12" woofer with high-level inputs and low-level inputs and outputs. Features 120-watt RMS peak power, and a 270-watt discrete A/B class amplifier with a 50Hz-150Hz adjustable low-pass frequency. The sleep mode feature is integrated into the power switch for on/off signal sensing. The 4" port active-vented cabinet has a surface-mounted grille and is made of acoustically transparent cloth with a low-profile milled frame. Black Ash finish. 17-1/2Hx14-1/4Wx16-1/2D". 34.5 lbs.

Being an avid audio engineer, I'm a stickler for good sound, and if the lows aren't pumping, you might as well pack up and go home. This sub brings it's "A" game to the table with clear, expressive lows, and power that you'll have to back down to your preference. I've had this product for a while, and recommend it to anyone who wants a fantastic, set it and forget it, always pleasing to listen to subwoofer, that does what it's made to do.

I'm not an audiophile but I know when something if working as designed. From pin drop quiet to explosions in a movie to rumbling volcanos; I call it fidelity. My last Subwoofer (big name brand)sounds 'muddy' in comparison. Two of my friend have bought this and are equally pleased.
