BEST SHOP VACUUM EVER!

We are extremely happy with this shop vacuum. Having owned several over the years, we almost didn't get another one. They are often hard to use, difficult to roll, don't suction well and are cumbersome. Not this one. It's beautiful, rolls perfectly, doesn't tip over, has superior suction, excellent tool attachments and a nifty angle for the hose that is ergonomic. Our garage and patios have never looked better!It does require assembly, which took about a half hour and only requires a screw driver. It was worth it.

With the cleanstream filters it makes a great chimney sweeps vac.Only problem is tool caddy makes it easy to tip over backward, but mostly when its empty. Locking hose very cool.

I rate this item with 5 stars in spite of some problems with the advertisement and the Shop-vac packaging. It works well, it is quiet, and it is powerful. I will use a GORE(tm) CleanStream® HEPA Replacement Filter.The seller National Tool Warehouse delivered promptly - 6 days ahead of the first FedEx delivery date.Amazon Problems: The accessories received differ from items listed in the advertisement on Amazon.com. Missing items are: squeegee, concentrator nozzle, elbow grip, and foam filter. These items are listed in the product description and are shown in the main or alternate picture of the webpage, but are not in the box.Shop-Vac problems: The included disposable filter bag has holes punched through it in 7 different places from being packed on top of the box with no protection. Stainless steel tank has a 7" long dent in the side -- looks like improper design of packaging. Other customer's reviews on Amazon.com also mention dents when received. Also, the assembly instructions could be clearer; I had to get out the bifocals to see the very small illustrations. It took me about an hour to assemble it - mainly spent in reading the directions.---------------------After several months use, I add this comment: This vacuum has a big storage tank, which is good if you are vacuuming up water. However, if just used for dirt its capacity is determined by the amount of time it takes to clog the filter, which in my experience is not enough dirt to even cover the bottom of the tank. Shop-Vac's smaller size tanks use the same exact filter and are easier to move around.
