Very good quality for the price

This screen is an excellent value for the money. To really appreciate the quality of the screen you'll need to have a blue-ray, HD, or upscaling DVD player or a video signal from some HD source, preferably 720p or higher. Even after I went from the wall to this screen, my old DVD player (which was about 8 years old) played on the screen with waves/ridges in the picture. I thought the screen might be too bumpy. I then bought a cheap upscaling DVD player (Helios H4000) and connecting to my projector over composite at 720p and 1080i. Simply fantastic picture. Crisp, clear, no ridges or bumps. So I give this screen a thumbs up, but just note if the signal you're passing to the projector is not high def or an upscaling high def signal, you still might not be getting the picture you hoped for. It's not the fault of the screen though.

Its a screen

Pros:- Easy to mount- Good color reproduction- Low Cost- Multiple stops allow you to adjust it to fit your projection image (16:9, 4:3, etc)Cons:- There is a slight wave in the screen that is noticeable on images that pan across the screen. This seems to go away after it has been pulled down for a while.- Terrible packaging, and there was a dent in the housing when I got it. Since it was still functional and did not damage the screen I kept it anyway. But better packaging and a little more care by UPS could have prevented the damage.Other Thoughts:The retract function is a bit tricky and takes some getting used to.

I put this one up using drywall expansion style anchors. Use 3/16" inch thread (5/16" or 3/8" O.D.) anchors and swap the bolts with eyelets that have at least 1.5" thread. Works great! Highly recommend!
