Ant Killer

I wouldn't use anything else but this for those tiny sugar ants. We were infested last year and I used the outdoor shaker as well as the individual inside ant baits. Haven't seen one since.

Had a few big ant mounds on some of my trees. The old yellow cornmeal wouldn't take them out. So I bought a bag of this. I sprinkled a little bit on each mound, and the mounds were dead within two days. Just out of curiosity, I took a shovel and transferred some of the dirt from the dead mounds with some ant poison still on them, and put them on top of other ant mounds in my yard. Those are now dead too, and I still have enough poison for at least another year. Great stuff, will buy again.

I haven't had this long enough to prove that it fights off ants, but I have heard great things about this, and it's not even harmful like most ant killers. Of course if you eat it, it could be bad. But, the first bag they sent me was ripped for some reason, so I contacted them, and a few days later they sent me another bag free of charge and free shipping. I was so happy with how fast they responded and sent me another bag that I will buy from this company in the future. All you have to do is spread about a 3-5 foot barrier of this stuff around the outside of your house and it should eliminate or improve your ants from coming in the house. The people at Terro told me that it is not harmful if it gets on you, because the bag that had a hole got into our bed. Great product and love the Terro company!
