Incorporating fashion silhouettes with traditional influences! Sterling silver beaded hoop earrings feature Native Pearls, domed beads stamped with a concha design. Spanish for "shell", conchas were used as decorative silverwork on the bridles of prized Spanish conquistador horses. Early Native American conchas were made out of coin silver, slipped onto leather belt strips and used as currency and trade. Sterling silver posts with snap down closure. Measure 1" diameter.
