It just works.

Basic and functional, it just works! No batteries to go dead. Easy to dial. Love the battery-free, interference free, and hands free conversations. Works as intended. It just keeps going and going. How many products can live up to that assessment? Not many. Highly recommended for basic and dependable use.

I am a virtual customer care rep and really rely on a headset and this one is the best! I love the noise cancelling headphones and I do have to say I bought my first one off Amazon and the seller said it was used and in great condition and it was okay but it didn't last long and the dial pad went out. I decided to stick to this headset and purchased it from Walmart.com and it has been a year now and it is working great. I did have to pay $99 dollars which was upsetting but I needed it for work so I had to pay for it but Amazon had it cheaper....so I'm back shopping at Amazon!
