The SK-7 has set a new standard for dive compasses. The superior SK-7 features an exceptional tilt potential of +/- 30 degrees, which is 2-3 times larger than in conventional diving compasses, easy-to-read numerals on a phosphorescent compass card, and a largeside-reading window. The firm-grip bezel with a ratchet at every fifth degree is especially designed to prevent sand and dirt contamination, thus allowing smooth turning in all conditions. this version comes with the retractor and quick-release snap + split ring. Attach it to a shoulder D-ring and it's out of your way until needed. When it's time to navigate you'll appreciate the huge side-reading window, phosphorescent compass card and a bezel that ratchets every five degrees for confident course setting. Compass for diving.

Very reliable instrument. I used it for underwater navigation for the last two months and was very happy with its performance. Allows for a great deal of tilt with an outstanding stability and accuracy. Takes you where you want to go if you know where it is. Convenient to hold. Very easy to stay on course when you swim at moderate depths reading your headings through the backside window. Does not glow too bright, but for daylight diving works just excellently. The price is a bit steep, yet this compass is well worth it.

SK7 model is absolutely the best compass I've ever used. Attaches to any ring on BCD, highly visible, with great range of tilt. Finding your way back to the descent line is no problem with this compass. Recommend.
