fun in the pool

After being unable to find an inground basketball game locally that was in our price range to replace our old one that the grandkids used for several years, I researched several websites and finally found this one on Amazon.com and ordered it right away. The shipping was fast, in fact, it arrived a day earlier than advised. The grandkids love it and so far the product has met and exceeded our expectations. It was also super easy to put together. good for a couple years, then rusts...

we have had this item next to our pool for 3 years, after about a year and a half all the hardware rusted, so i replaced as much as i could, then this year the rim actually broke...not a bad deal when i bought it for $75...i just bought a new different one for $160, says it has 5 year warrantee, and it has a metal hoop, which i would think will last much longer then the plastic one that comes w/this hoop

I DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND $200+ ON A POOLSIDE GOAL SO I WENT WITH THIS ONE. IT IS A VERY DURABLE GOAL FOR THE MONEY. ONE WORD OF ADVICE... WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM, TAKE THE HARWARE PACKAGE AND GO TO YOUR LOCAL HARDWARE STORE AND REPLACE THE BOLTS, NUTS, AND WASHERS WITH STAINLESS STEEL ONES. FOR A FEW BUCKS MORE YOU WILL NOT EVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE HARDWARE RUSTING AND FALLING APART. I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE!
