Drills two pocket holes in one machine cycle. 3/4", 1" and 1-3/4" on-center spacings. Fast, 1 second cycle time. Quiet and powerful. The H6828 is the only pocket hole machine on the market that has the ability to drill two pocket holes in one machine cycle across rails of varying widths. Drill spindles in the machine are fixed at 3/4", 1" and 1-3/4" on center allowing it to drill today's most common rail widths of 1-1/2" up to 3-3/4" in one machine cycle. Three step drill bits are utilized in the machine, one of which is left-handed. Approximate shipping weight: 224 lbs.

kreg dk3100 pocket machine

I purchased the kreg dk3100 3 spindle pocket machine and installed it in my shop recently. I called tech support because the manual stated the machine required 120 psi to operate properly however I was told that only 90 psi was sufficient. After completing the installation I found the machine did exactly as I had hoped. It has already saved time in the shop as we're punching twice the holes in half the time. Worth every cent.The next time I need to purchase a machine for the shop I will be sure to check out amazon.com before making the purchase.

Product Description

Assembling face frames in a production setting has never been easier thanks to our pneumatic clamping table. This table simplifies the assembly process and provides all skill levels the ability to produce consistently flush frames. This table features a large, 4' by 8' work surface tilted at a 30° angle from vertical which allows workpieces to easily fall by gravity into alignment without taking up a lot of space. The squaring fence down the left hand side of the table can be quickly retracted to allow assembly of frames longer that 8'. Four high-quality clamping cylinders glide up and down the transfer arm and can be fired either independently or in unison with the flip of a toggle switch.

Best tool for the job

This framing table has significantly simplified the process of making face frames, yet given us good, dependable results. We were able to teach someone totally untrained in this business how to make nearly perfect face frames in less than 1/2 hour! Should be nearly intuitive for someone acquainted with the process.You'll need a forklift or a shipping dock to receive this item (or arrange with your shipping agent for other possibilities)Setup was fairly simple, but you'll need 2 able-bodied people for some of it.You'll need a large open area to do the assembly, and a space about 9'x5' (MINIMUM!) to put this in when it's ready. BTW, you'll be needing a hookup to a compressor, also.Overall, if you build a lot of face frames, this is a wonderful tool that will increase your productivity and give you dependably high quality joints, which not only look better, but require less sanding and filling.

this came in one creat and was very heavy. It was easy to put together and to square up. I wish it came with a square on both sides but it only has a squaring bar on the left side. This is real good deal for the cost, and for a small shop this table is better than paying $10,000 for a ritter table.
