Fantastic Workout!

I am 59 years old and I have been strength training regularly since I was 12. I have used almost all of the trainig systems including calesthentics, free weights, and weight machines. I have worked out in professional gyms and have had many home weight machines. I have heard so many good things about the Bullworker, so I decided to buy one. You can get a complete upper body workout with this device at any level from casual to extremely intense. You can concentrate on any upper body muscle group, or do a general workout. Even after 47 years of regular strenght training, I have obtained obvious gains in strength, definition, and muscle tone after only 4 weeks of regular Bullworker use. Even my friends have commented on my improvements.This litte machine is unbelievably effective. Unlike a weight machine or fee weights, it takes almost no space. You can transition for one exercise to the next immediately because you don't have to change the resistance settings or recongfigure the machine for a different exercise. It has been a long time since I have been so satisfied with a product!Steve

Isometrics are an important component of a conditioning program. Studies have shown that isometrics, several times a week, can improve strength. Combat athletes should seek every advantage they can obtain. I got my first Bullworker in 1978. It lasted 10 good years before the spring gave out. I got my next one about 5 years ago. I use it with relative frequency as a supplement to weight training. I continue to be quite happy with the product. There are several strength isometric movements the Bullworker allows for, that are hard to replicate in other ways. It is an excellent, effective piece of equipment.

Bought an earlier version( this model is improved) of this back in the seventies and now have a collection of three. Am heavily involved in the internal martial arts and there is no better device(and I have quite an exotic collection) to help build upper body functional strength.I think others are catching on(it's very hot in England)as a few years ago they were very difficult to find.
