I bought this for zooming between my office and classroom at the university, and it was perfect. It was so nice to bring office supplies, files, heavy dictionaries, etc... without worrying about shoulder stress from a heavy bag.I was surprised when the telescoping handle broke, and I was truly stunned when the company did not care. I offered to BUY a replacement part, but they had nothing available.I had purchased the limited edition black leather one, so it was an expensive purchase. Crop In Style just said that it was reasonable for the item to become unusable after two years.If you think the price is reasonable for a year or two, then you will like it. If you expect it to last for five or ten years or be repairable, stay away!

This is a great tote for scrapbookers! It has plenty of space and pockets! Very easy to maneuver and only as heavy as you make it! Fantastic!

I purchased this product to use for school. I am in nursing school and my books are huge! I was looking for a rolling bag that would hold my books and be easier on my back than a backpack. I have been very pleased with it.
