This set holds up as well as professional freud bits and Bosch bits. In fact as far as I can tell the same company must make all three brands. The carbide tips are thick and can be re-ground to be used for many many uses.You will need a variable speed 2-1/2 hp+ router as these are lower speed bits since they are so large. They are best used in a router table, for safety if nothing else.This is likely obvious to most of you reading this:these are for cabinet making (the doors).Hope that helps
