As you can see in the picture the titanium displays that blue nicely. I have two. One in all smooth edge and the combo. They sharpen easily and the blade curve is my favorite for cutting pills in half. Most blade edges at too straight. Also the blade has a mirror finish not obviously in this picture. The pocket clip is has a mirror finish and might be titanium? If your a collector or ready to spend extra for something special I recommend this one with no reservations.
