I bought these for warm water triathlons and warm water scuba, so far I have been swimming laps and really like the feel of them. These shorts are a great replacement for swim jammers as they aren't as thin and give you a slight bit of buoyancy. They also provide a bit of insulation, much more so than a normal pair of swim jammers or swim trunks but not as much as a 3mil wet suit.For scuba I am pairing them up with a wet suit jacket and will wear them as an additional layer under another wetsuit once the water temps grow colder.They have a high waist and a higher back, this does help in both swimming, comfort, and insulation. All in all a great pair of trunks.

I wear these on any day that I do lower body workouts (squats/deadlifts mostly). They help my hips warm up much quicker and feel great throughout the workout. Fantastic product!

Well made article, but the size is misleading. I have a 43" waist and I can barely get into these shorts. (No pun intended :-)
