- We marinate our hams in a wondrous blend of maple syrup and secret spices, and place them in specially designed bins for one week to allow flavors to penetrate, mingle and mix.
- We then cook and deeply smoke them in small batches for 16 hours. Only then do we place the North Country name on them-as exceptionally full-flavored hams, fully cooked and ready to grace your table.

when you want ham, Applewood Smoked bone in is the one. The store bought ham has no taste, compared to this. For sand-wiches, beans, casseroles and breakfast, we love this product.
