I bought this as a special gift for my aunt. She loved it! The length is great and silver snake chains are hard to find in stores. You can't find them at this price if you do find them at all. GREAT chain. I need to get one for myself now.

I am confused by the description. It states it has a chain attached. But it also states you can buy a additional chain for $. I thought it was a pill container. I am confused.Where/how would a chain be utilized making it a necklace???
