5High Quality Pot Rack for Joists Spaced 16" Apart
By Online Aficionado
This rack, made in Indonesia, appears to be completely made of solid stainless steel - unlike others that use chrome plated or aluminum hooks or chains. It has a center grid. All mounting hardware is included, even ceiling screw hooks. It uses rigid stainless strips to connect to the ceiling, not chains.Make sure your ceiling joists are 16" apart or you're mounting this in parallel along a single joist. My joists are 18" apart unfortunately, and the Amazon description fails to mention this requirement. One last note, Cuisinart customer service offered no help whatsoever with my installation problem. Good product, poor support.

5Nice Rack!
By F. Cullis
The pot rack is great, easy to assemble and looks great in our kitchen. Two quick points about assembley:1. Some of the hardware described in the directions has changed. It looks to me like improvements/updates were made to the hardware but not the instruction sheet. Still no problems installing and everything worked fine.2. This pot rack does not use chains for installation. We did not take this into consideration when we bought this for our kitchen, which has 10 foot ceilings. We ended up buying a small length of chain to lower the rack so that pots could be reached. This is not Cisinart's problem, it is ours, but thought readers would want to know so they can plan accordingly.

5great product
By HDgirl
I have been wanting a hanging pot rack for quite some time but they always seemed a bit over priced. Found this one on sale and with the free shipping I could not pass it up. It is heavy duty and holds my new Cuisinart pots with no problem. My husband installed it with absolutely no difficulty. I have received a lot of compliments from family and friends. I would highly recommend this product.

5Great pot rack! Hanging is NOT a problem.
By N. Mehta
This is a very nice rack. Solidly built, nice finish, and the half circle shape looks nice.A quick note about mounting this. A previous reviewer said it is not possible to mount this on wall studs. This is only partially correct. This rack has three holes: two on the half circle, and one on the middle bar (the part that extends vertically). The two holes on the circle are spaced exactly 16 inches apart- this is the correct spacing for wall studs. The third hole is right in the middle of the other two holes so unless you have some strange wall studs you will not be able to attach this to a stud. Although the instructions say that you need to attach all 3 points to studs, the rack hangs absolutely fine if you only attach 2/3 points. Just make absolutely sure that that you attach both points to studs (this is a must!) and that you use a *toggle bolt* for the third point- these are very strong bolts that can hold 200+ lbs by themselves. We've mounted ours with two wall studs and a toggle bolt and it is 100% sturdy. We can fully load it up with six heavy pans and it's very stable. So, don't be afraid because of the other reviewer's comments.

5Great for small places
By Jeffrey S. Hirsch
This unit works very well in an area that does not have a ton of room. I installed this in my apartment very easily and it works great. If I had more room I would have gone for a ceiling mount, but this is perfect for a wall mount unit. The area I installed it in had no real studs to drill in to as they are metal and framed on the edges of this wall spot. I used 3, 200 lb toggle bolts instead and it holds fine and is very sturdy .

5Love it!
By S. J.
I love my half circle wall cookware rack! I measured my space and explored many options for cookware racks and this one suited my needs the best. I have it hanging above my kitchen window so it doesn't interfere with traffic in the kitchen. It is heavy, sturdy and supports all my cookware beautifully! Sam, Minnesota

5Highly Recommended
By DontLetMeDrown
I purhcased this monitor because it had a very sharp and vibrant display. I first saw it at Best Buy and was very pleased with its quality. I primarily play PC games but also do some home audio recording. Everything on my PC now looks so beautiful that it is like I'm using a brand new computer. I have never been happier with a monitor purchase, so I felt compelled to come to Amazon and write a review. I have not experienced any "dead pixels" and have been using this for over 3 weeks.

4Good but not great LCD that should be given the price
By Joey T
Firstly I must say that I have had no dead pixel problem as yet, but I have had it only a few days so far.Now that is put aside. This is a very nice monitor to use, it has very good color balance and depth that is better than the average LCDs I've looked at and used. The backlighting creates a smoothing effect on the pixilation that is apparent with LCDs and a strong contrast which most people look for in monitors (possibly too strong. In a not too well lit room, it can become a bit hard on the eyes).Overall this is no doubt a very good LCD monitor, but it is still a LCD monitor and along with all the pluses it still suffers the usual foibles of LCDs. Namely lack of true color representation (only noticeable to the pro type multimedia worker or anybody dealing with ‘real-life’ imagery generally), viewing angle restrictions etc.In addition to this there are two other down sides that stop me caling this a great product. Firstly the glass like paneling (that I assume works with the back lighting to create a nicer image) is good for general image quality, but does create a reflective effect i.e if there is a strong light source over your shoulder and you are looking at darkish images it is REALY annoying. I had to keep moving my big fat head to get a clear view of the opening scene of the Matrix. This shouldn’t be a problem in most cases (anybody?) but the way I’ve got things set up at home office it’s a pain – so much so that if I may be taking mine back in a day or two before it’s too late. The second things is a little harder to pin down as to why, but text just doesn’t seem as easy to read as on an average LCD (I had one sitting in the same spot as the HS73 only a day or two ago). I don’t know if it’s the backlighting working nastiest on my hard contact lenses or what (hard contacts refract a lot more light into the eye than those who have normal vision or even soft lenses I’m told – just to explain what I’m on about.) I can’t say much more than that except that typing this document is not as easy on the eyes as it was using a run of the mill mid priced LCD (it was a BenQ comparable to the Sony, but half the price, I don’t remember the exact model number). This could just be a matter of fiddling with the settings. In every other department though this monitor is FAR superior which is why I might just put up with the cons.To surmise:Pros: Very nice image for general computer use, strikes a good balance between general readability and graphic rendition. Most LCDs seem to do one or the other well. Very strong contrast and good color rendering, the best I’ve seen on an LCD.Cons: Usual LCD limitation, plus doesn’t react well to strong ambient light which creates reflections on the screen that can be annoying. Oh yea and the price, if I had the ability to take a 1/2 star off I would for that reason.

5Excellent LCD monitor, Best Deal from Amazon
By Wei Chen
I did not know why the previous two reviewers gave this monitor so low score. I bought it form amazon.com 10 days ago. I could not find any dead pixel. Before I put my order, I went to a Best Buy store to look it and to compare it with a couple of models from Samsung and HP. For Quality of picture and text, HS73 is an apparent winner. It is just a little bit pricy. But from Amazon, I paid $484 for it. Plus SONY now offers $50 mail-in rebate(expire 9/25/2004). This is the best deal.By the way, to eliminate the bleeding text, you need to set the screen resolution to 1280X1024 pixels.
