Great for the price!

A little confusing to figure it out at first, but then it's a breeze. Wish they had the carry case for this size, but I couldn't find it. Anyway, it's really large, so it would probably not matter that much. The kids love to watch movies on this. You can adjust the height of the screen up and down, and also make the screen shorter or taller. It opens by pulling up, not down, but not a problem. Overall great product.

it is a two persons' job to pack

The screen was built with fair workmanship. There are some sharp edges on the tripot legs which is easy to fix with a small file. When I opened the box there was a strong petroleum smell which I had to air out in the garrage. I also removed a few black stains using a dampened paper towel. Setting up is getting easier after a few practices. But when it is time to pack up it is better to do with two people. The spring is designed to stop at intervals so when it stops the screen could be damaged by accidently creased. So if you have an assistant to help you hold the bottom frame while you hold the top bar and gently lowering it in continuous motion it would be more of a success.

Tele Vue 16mm Nagler Type 5 Telescope Eyepiece

First, this is an absolutely superb eyepiece in the Tele-Vue/Al Nagler tradition. Its best qualities are its outstanding edge-to-edge sharpness, color rendition in the 80+ FOV range, and its compact size and light weight. It's negative qualities are the (claimed) 10-mm eye relief is not (eyeglass users simply cannot use this eyepiece)and it's a little uncomfortable to use (for me--a non-eyeglass user)when observing with my antique UNITRONS);its' rubber eyecup should be made bigger with a larger lens cap. Its' $300.+ price tag (new) is very steep.

Cheap screen, but does the job.

This IS one of the flimsy screens that you have seen in the presentationrooms so many times before. I thought it might be a nice one, but in fact,I was wrong.It works okay, the screen is bright and it will reflect a Powerpoint, but don'texpect anything fancy. Just folding it up and down is a chore.Lugging it around isn't too bad, but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended period of time.If you need a screen quick and cheap like I did, go for it. If you need something thatyou need to last for a long time (more than a few years), then spend the extra$100-200 and get a really nice one.The DaLite screens are all the flimsy models.

Bought it for a AV gig and it did what it was made to do. Great reflective quality in a bright room with a 2.5K projector. The base and frame are flimsy but sturdy enough to be set up and left alone without worries.

good piece of equipment

I use it to turn my backyard into my personal home cinema. Works great...great picture quality with my projector. Real simple to breakdown and set up. Just remember to lower the screen back down when you're done...or else a gust of wind might catch it and turn it into a hang glider. Having my horror movie marathon next weekend, can't wait.
